The 8 oz. rectangle bottle has an off-set neck
(spout). It is widely used as a two-cycle additive bottle but has
potential for other applications, agri-chemical, lawn and garden
mixtures, fertilizer concentrates, etc. can utilize this container.
Features include a weight of 25 grams (+/-1), a
28-400 neck (standard) and a 28mm tamper evident neck with an 1802
finish (with volume). A height of 5.375" (+/- .050"), width of
1.725" (+/- .050") – at the widest points at the top/bottom rub
rings and a minimum wall thickness of .015" at the radius corners.
Two neck finishes are offered. The 28-400 finish (standard) has an
S-dimension of .046" (+/- .015"), a T-dimension of 1.078" (+/-
.010") and an H-dimension of .405" (+/- .010"). A 28mm – tamper
evident with an 1802 finish is offered. It has an S-dimension of
.046" (+/- .015"), T-dimension 1.078" (+/- .010") and an H-dimension
of .708" (+/- .015"). Label panel area is 3.00" x 2.400" (+/-
.050"). A suggested pressure sensitive label size would be 2.500" x
2.000". Bottles can be made with a graduated view-stripe in 2 oz.
increments.
Black and white are the standard colors but any
color can be matched and copied, with volume.
A 4, 8, 16 and 32 oz. container
also exists in this family of bottles.
