The 32 oz. rectangle is a bottle with an off-set
neck (spout). It is widely used as a motor oil bottle but has
potential for several other applications, agri-chemical, lawn and garden
mixtures, fertilizer concentrates, etc. can utilize this container.
Features include a weight of 52 grams (+/- 1
gr.), a height of 8.825" (+/- .025"), a width of 2.380" (+/- .025")
– at the widest point at the bottom rub ring and a minimum wall
thickness of .015" at the radius corners. Bottle has a 28mm – tamper
evident neck with an 1802 finish. Neck dimensions include an
S-dimension of .050" (+/- .015"), a T-dimension of 1.085" (+/-
.010") and a H-dimension of .730" (+/- .020"). It can come with a
graduated view stripe in 4 oz. increments. Label panel area is
5.075" x 3.600" (+/- .050"). A suggested pressure sensitive label
size would be 4.500" x 3.00".
Black and white are standard colors but any color
can be matched and copied with volume.
A 4, 8, 16 and 32 oz. container
also exists in this family of bottles.
