The 8 oz. PCT – cone top bottle is a cylinder with a center spout.
It is widely used as brake/power steeling fluid containers but has
potential for other applications including refrigerant compressor
oils, agri-chemical, lawn and garden
mixtures, fertilizer concentrates etc. can utilize this container.
Features include a weight of 24 grams (+1-1), a
28-400 neck, a height of 4.460" (+/- .050") width of 2.555" – at the
widest point on the rub ring, and a minimum wall thickness of .015".
Neck dimensions include an S-dimension of .046 (+/- .015), a
T-dimension of 1.078" (+/- .010) and a H-dimension of .400" (+/-
.015). The container is classified as an 8 oz. (237mm) bottle
but will accommodate an 8.4 oz. (250ml) fill. Label panel
area is 2.687"x 8.500" (approximate). A suggested pressure-sensitive
label size would be 2.250" x 8.000".
Black and white are the standard colors but
any color can be matched and copied, with volume.
An 8, 12, 16 and 32 oz. container exists in
this family of bottles.
